What to Send First

Photos help confirm project fit and route the practical next step. They are not a final diagnosis, engineering opinion, complete scope, or binding price.

  • One wide photo showing the full gutter run and roof edge
  • Close-up of the leak, seam, end cap, sag, separation, rust, or damage
  • Photo of the outlet and top of the downspout
  • Photo of the downspout route and ground-level discharge point
  • Photo of staining, peeling paint, damaged wood, stucco, erosion, or ponding below
  • Ground-level photo showing building height and access
  • Approximate length or tape-measure photo only when safely available
  • Short rain video only if you already have it and can record safely

Photo-first gutter review

Send Photos for Gutter Review

Send the property address, one wide photo of the gutter run, close-ups of the problem, the downspout and discharge point, and any staining or damage below. Detailed measurements, repair mapping, and a written bid package may require the $250 evaluation fee.

Do not climb onto a roof or unsafe ladder only to take photos. Send what can be photographed safely from the ground, a window, balcony, or existing safe access point.
