Replacement, multiple areas, multi-building, HOA, insurance, property-management, water-damage, access-heavy, approval-driven, and multi-trade scopes commonly need a written evaluation after fit is established.
What It May Include
Visible-condition review, photos, measurements, repair-area mapping, access notes, material review, labor planning, option development, and a written proposal.
What Is Excluded Unless Expressly Included
Destructive testing, environmental testing, engineering, permits, laboratory work, lift rental, water testing, and third-party reports are excluded unless the written scope expressly includes them.
Contract Note
Work subject to attached T&C if approved. Hidden damage, code issues, access problems, or owner changes may require a written change order.
