What to Send First

Photos help confirm project fit and route the practical next step. They are not a final diagnosis, engineering opinion, complete scope, or binding price.

  • One wide photo showing the full gutter run and roof edge
  • Close-up of the leak, seam, end cap, sag, separation, rust, or damage
  • Photo of the outlet and top of the downspout
  • Photo of the downspout route and ground-level discharge point
  • Photo of staining, peeling paint, damaged wood, stucco, erosion, or ponding below
  • Ground-level photo showing building height and access
  • Approximate length or tape-measure photo only when safely available
  • Short rain video only if you already have it and can record safely

Send Photos for Gutter Review

Send the property address, one wide photo of the gutter run, close-ups of the problem, the downspout and discharge point, and any staining or damage below. Detailed measurements, repair mapping, and a written bid package may require the $250 evaluation fee.

Do not climb onto a roof or unsafe ladder only to take photos. Send what can be photographed safely from the ground, a window, balcony, or existing safe access point.

What to Include

Send the property address, building count, repair locations, occupied status, access contact, approval process, budget or NTE notes, required documents, bid deadline, and photos organized by building or area.

Common Managed-Property Needs

Overflow, cleaning cycles, repeated leaks, failed downspouts, multiple rooflines, common-area gutters, unit-turn repairs, inspection findings, resident complaints, and vendor-approval documentation.

Written Scopes and Options

For larger scopes, the $250 Site Evaluation + Written Bid Package may include visible-condition review, measurements, repair-area mapping, access notes, material review, labor planning, option development, and a written proposal.

Closeout Documentation

Before, during, and after photos, approved scope references, repair notes, exclusions, and maintenance observations can be included when requested and practical.

Practical Questions

Do you offer recurring gutter maintenance?

Recurring gutter maintenance can be reviewed for homes, HOAs, rentals, apartments, and taller properties when safe access, equipment, scheduling, and scope support it. Frequency depends on trees, roof type, guards, debris, water volume, and past overflow.

Do you work with property managers, HOAs, and apartments?

Yes. All World Construction LLC is set up for occupied properties, multiple buildings, approval workflows, access notes, repair logs, written scopes, option comparisons, and closeout documentation when those requirements are included.

Can work be completed at an occupied property?

Occupied-property work depends on access, resident notices, parking, pedestrian protection, manager approval, and the approved written scope. Those details should be included in the initial request when possible.

When is the $250 site evaluation required?

The evaluation is commonly used for replacement, multiple areas, multi-building, HOA, insurance, property-management, water-damage, access-heavy, approval-driven, and multi-trade scopes. Ordinary small cleaning or clearly visible repair requests may not require it.

What documentation is available at closeout?

Documentation may include before, during, and after photos, visible-condition notes, repair-area mapping, approved scope references, material notes, and maintenance observations when those items are included and safely documented.
