What Photos Can Show
Photos can show where water is leaving the gutter, what is below it, whether water is against the building, and whether visible finish or wood damage may need broader review.
Roof-edge water and surrounding materials
Water at the roof edge may show as staining, peeling paint, soft wood, loose attachment, stucco damage, erosion, or ponding. The visible condition does not prove the full hidden condition.
Owners with visible damage below failed gutters
Photos help confirm project fit and route the practical next step. They are not a final diagnosis, engineering opinion, complete scope, or binding price.
Photo-first gutter review
Send the property address, one wide photo of the gutter run, close-ups of the problem, the downspout and discharge point, and any staining or damage below. Detailed measurements, repair mapping, and a written bid package may require the $250 evaluation fee.
Do not climb onto a roof or unsafe ladder only to take photos. Send what can be photographed safely from the ground, a window, balcony, or existing safe access point.

Photos cannot prove concealed rot, wall assembly condition, code compliance, insurance coverage, or the full repair scope. Exploratory work must be specifically included when needed.
All World Construction LLC can review visible fascia, subfascia, rafter-tail, soffit, stucco, paint, and related finish damage when included in the approved scope. Hidden conditions may require a written change order.
AWC can coordinate related stucco, paint, waterproofing, trim, and finish work when the approved project includes those trades. Photos help identify whether the request should be routed as a gutter-only review or a broader evaluation.
The visible gutter condition may not show the full condition of the fascia, subfascia, rafter tails, roof edge, wall assembly, or drainage route. The approved proposal is based on visible conditions unless exploratory work is specifically included. Additional deterioration, water damage, code issues, access problems, or owner changes may require a written change order.
